Flexo printing plates
Photopolymer plates for flexible packaging, labels, corrugated boxes and folding cartons. They hold fine highlight dots, are ready for flat-top dots, transfer ink evenly with solvent and water-based inks, and resist ozone and solvents. Typical processing: back exposure 15–40 seconds, main exposure 6–15 minutes, washout 5–10 minutes, drying 45 minutes at 60 °C, then 5 minutes of UVC finishing.

Plate developers
Developer PD-PS
Liquid concentrate developer for conventional PS plates and UV-CTP (CTCP) plates. Develops quickly with sharp dot edges, and has anti-foaming and anti-sludge agents that help the processor bath last longer.
Developer for thermal CTP
Developer made for 830 nm thermal CTP plates. Keeps fine dots without background staining, holds a steady pH and needs little replenishment.
Store plates at 10–26 °C and below 65% humidity, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 18 months from the manufacturing date.
